Kimberly Swinson

Kimberly Swinson is the co-founder of SDIC, a regenerative community exploring what becomes possible when people return to meaningful relationship with themselves, one another, and the living world.

Through writing, education, and community building, she invites people to remember that personal well-being and planetary well-being are inseparable. Kimberly is currently writing a memoir that explores what it means to remember our place within a living world while helping cultivate regenerative communities rooted in stewardship, simplicity, and belonging. Her work weaves together ecology, nervous system awareness, spirituality, food, and community around one enduring question: How do we remember what it means to be fully alive?
